The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) proudly celebrated its 4th Anniversary with the theme “𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱” held at NJMPTI Social Hall, Camp Vicente P. Lim, Calamba City, Laguna, marking four years of excellence in developing competent, disciplined, and service-oriented public safety professionals.
The celebration commenced with a Thanksgiving Mass officiated by 𝐑𝐄𝐕 𝐅𝐑 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐄𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐍 𝐁 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐘, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, followed by the unveiling of the commemorative marker and the blessing of the newly rehabilitated PPSA Mess Hall. Significant highlights of the event included the presentation of the Academy’s accomplishments, recognition of distinguished personnel and stakeholders and the official launch of the PPSA book, “𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺”, a publication that reflects the Academy’s commitment to developing future leaders in public safety.
Gracing the occasion as Guest of Honor and Speaker was 𝐏𝐋𝐓𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐎 𝐅 𝐃𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍, (𝐑𝐞𝐭.), 𝐃𝐏𝐒𝐒𝐆, Director General, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) whose presence underscored the significance of innovative leadership in strengthening the pillars of public safety through clarity of purpose, adaptive leadership, resilient institutional systems, excellence in education and training and service- centered culture.
Four years ago, PPSA was a vision. Today, it stands as a growing institution of excellence. Tomorrow, it shall continue to rise as a stronger pillar of national public safety, committed to producing leaders who embody courage, integrity, and selfless service.
As PPSA commemorates this significant milestone, it pays tribute to the dedication and collective efforts of its administrators, faculty, personnel, cadets, alumni, and partners whose contributions continue to shape the Academy’s enduring legacy of honor and excellence.
