May 18, 2026โ€”The PPSA Class of 2026 cadets under the Bachelor of Science in Penology and Corrections Administration (BSPCA), headed by ๐…๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐Œ๐€๐‘๐ˆ๐‚๐„๐‹๐ˆ๐€ ๐‹. ๐€๐๐“๐Ž๐๐ˆ๐Ž (๐‘๐ž๐ญ), Dean of Academics, and under the overall leadership of ๐…๐’๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‘๐€๐๐ƒ๐Ž๐‹๐๐‡ ๐• ๐๐ˆ๐ƒ๐„๐’, Director, were honored in a ๐—–๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ง๐—œ๐—™๐—œ๐—–๐—”๐—ง๐—˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง๐—”๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก ๐—–๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—˜๐— ๐—ข๐—ก๐—ฌ at the Administrative Building of the Malaysian Prison College (MPC). The event marked the culmination of their educational tour held from May 10 to 19, 2026.

The ceremony was graced by Assistant Commissioner of Prisons ๐’๐ก๐š๐ก๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ฆ ๐›๐ข๐ง ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฌ๐š๐ข๐ง, Deputy Director of the MPC, who formally closed the cadetsโ€™ study visit. The program aimed to deepen their understanding of Malaysiaโ€™s correctional and training systems, encourage the exchange of professional knowledge and best practices, and strengthen international cooperation in corrections administration and rehabilitation.

MPC and PPSA also exchanged tokens of appreciation as symbols of gratitude and remembrance, affirming the strong partnership between the two institutions. This gesture reflected their mutual recognition and shared commitment to fostering continued friendship, collaboration, and excellence in public safety and corrections services.

The ceremony was followed by a dinner banquet that further strengthened camaraderie between the PPSA delegation and their Malaysian counterparts, providing space for interaction, reflection on key learnings, and discussion of future avenues for cooperation.
