The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) welcomed December with the ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ last night, December 1, 2025.
With JCSupt Leonalyn O Oloan leading the way, the PPSA community gathered to witness the lighting of our “Northern Star.” It was a night of music, courtesy of the Cadet Combo, and meaningful fellowship among officers, personnel, and cadets.
Taking inspiration from the Directorโs words, the cadets now look to this Parol as their moral compass. In the challenging journey of cadetship, it stands as their ‘Northern Star’, a constant reminder to lead with integrity, shine with excellence, and never lose sight of their purpose.
