November 11, 2025 — The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) joins the Traditional Flag Raising Ceremony hosted by the National Forensic Science Training Institute (NFSTI) at the NFSTI Compound, Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna.
This week’s keynote address was delivered by JO3 Rosalio E Tiozon, Delta Company President of the PS CRIDEC IDC Class 2025-02. His message highlighted the true essence of 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘, saying that this is not about being unbreakable from the start, but about showing up every single day, doing the small things that help us rise again when life hits hard.
He also highlighted that failure is not the end, but a chance to learn and grow, something we are not born with but nurture over time.
