The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) conducted its Traditional Flag Raising Ceremony at the NFSTI Compound, Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna.
During the ceremony, Cdt 4C Crismond C Perando, the speaker of the day, delivered an insightful and reflective message on the topic of 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡. He highlighted that it is not just about keeping secrets or staying silent. It is about knowing when to speak and when not to speak, when to act and when to wait, when to make a stand and when to simply observe.
May we all be encouraged to speak wisely and to let discretion be our silent armor.
