September 23, 2025 — The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA), together with the National Forensic Science Training Institute (NFSTI), held its joint Traditional Flag Raising Ceremony at the NFSTI Compound in Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna.
During the ceremony, 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝟐𝐂 𝐍𝐎𝐄𝐋 𝐔 𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐒 𝐉𝐑, the cadet speaker, delivered an insightful and reflective message on the topic of 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚖𝚞𝚗𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗. He highlighted that, more than speaking, it is about listening. Effective communication fosters an environment where people feel heard and understood, thereby building trust and strengthening workplace relationships.
Furthermore, he encouraged everyone to be fully present, to choose kinder words, and to listen deeply, emphasizing that thoughtful communication is a cornerstone of effective leadership and teamwork.
