September 2, 2025 โ The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) successfully held a seminar on ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ at the NJMPTI Social Hall, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba, Laguna. Gracing the event as Guest Speaker was ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ก๐ข๐, ๐๐ก๐ (๐ ๐ ๐๐ฆ) ๐ฃ๐, who imparted his wealth of experiences and timeless wisdom on the essence of leadership. The activity was attended by PPSA Director, JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN, MPSA, together with PPSA officers, staff, and the Corps of Cadets.
In his talk, COL CABUNOC emphasized that โ๐๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐บ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ช๐ญ๐ด ๐ฅ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ฉ๐ช๐ฑ.โ He reminded the cadets that leadership is about influence, sharing the three pillars of leading people:

A vital point he stressed was the role of ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ฅ, not only in inspiring others and gaining support, but also in building trust through consistent engagement and mastering the flow of information.
