July 5, 2025 – The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) held the ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ for the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐ at the Kasile Hills Resort, Inc., Cabuyao City, Laguna. The event was graced by PBGEN FERDINANDO G SEVILLA (Ret), DPSSG, President of the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), who delivered a message of inspiration as the cadets prepare to embrace the call of public service.
With the theme “๐’๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ข๐ถ ๐ฅ’๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ณ (๐๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ณ): ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ข๐ค๐บ, ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ธ, ๐๐ฆ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ,” the rite was made more meaningful as loved ones placed the bull ring on their cadetโs finger, an unbreakable manifestation of love, sacrifice, and support. In return, cadets offered a token of gratitude, an honorary bull ring close to the heart. Together, they walked beneath the giant ring, stepping into a new chapterโanchored in legacy, ready to lead.
This is a symbolic ceremony marking their transformation from cadets to future public safety officers.
