Outgoing PPSC President PLTGEN RICARDO FERNANDEZ DE LEON (Ret) was overflowed with gratitude and wishes today during the thanksgiving celebration initiated by the PPSA and NFSTI personnel at the Rizal Hall, NFSTI, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba Laguna.

Appreciating his eight years of exceptional leadership as the president of the Philippine Public Safety College, Acting Director of the Philippine Public Safety Academy JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN dedicated a poem to him– emphasizing that the legacy he started will never be put to waste. PPSA will continue to grow as it will hone future public safety officers of this country.
