In a continued effort to promote mental wellness and professional development, the Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) conducted a seminar titled “Harnessing Emotional Intelligence among PPSA Personnel: Transforming Workplace Relationships and Performance” on May 8, 2025, at the UNODC Room, NJMPTI, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba, Laguna.
Through the expertise of the Resource Speaker, FO1 Eliezer S Cayco Jr., RPA, CHRA, CMHA, CPST, the seminar was held to assess the current level of emotional intelligence of PPSA personnel, determine the impact of emotional intelligence on the workplace, and experience the journey to relaxation.
The success of this seminar marks another milestone in the academy’s holistic approach to developing competent, mentally resilient, and emotionally intelligent public safety leaders.
