RUN for FUN : Valuing Cyber Crime and Safety Education in Public Safety Profession

As part of the celebration of the 29th Anniversary of the establishment of the National Police College (NPC), A Fun Run with the theme “Valuing Cybercrime and Safety Education In Public Safety Profession” was organized through the initiative of the PSOBC LETO Class 2022-01 DAKILA.

Having been graciously invited to the said event, the Philippine Public Safety Academy’s beloved Acting Director, JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN MPSA, guided the representatives from the Cadet Corps of the PPSA to participate in support of the momentous event held at the National Police College, Silang, Cavite.

During the event, NPC Director Dr. Romeo S. Magsalos, MPSA, highlighted that the activity is not about winning nor about the prizes and medals at the finish line, rather it is about the individual feats of every runner to finish the race.

Indeed, Fun Runs are intended for enjoyment to foster connections, camaraderie, and teamwork. True enough, the cadets enjoyed being part of the event with the bonus of bringing home multiple awards. In light of this, the PPSA enthusiastically looks forward to more meaningful engagements similar to this in the future.
