Delegates from the Filipino-American Law Enforcement Organization (FALEO) visited the Philippine Public Safety Academy on November 16, 2022. The academy welcomed them with warm hearts through the leadership of JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN, Acting Director. Further, the CCPPSA Skills Demonstration Team showcased their talents and skills in Arnis De Mano (a famous Filipino martial art known in the Philippines) as part of the welcoming.
Later in the day, the FALEO proceeded to conduct a seminar that focuses on the needs and roles of the first responders/law enforcement in an ever-changing chaotic environment. They also handed out donations to NJMPTI, NFTI, and PPSA. The activity took place at the NJMPTI Mess Hall, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba, Laguna.
FALEO is an organization that commits to supporting cultural, educational, recreational, and charitable services within our communities. Hence, PPSA is honored to establish linkages to FALEO for future endeavors, seminars, or training that will enhance our curriculum relative to Fire Administration and Penology and Corrections Administration.
Indeed, it was an engaging and fun activity where all participants were able to obtain new wisdom as well as harness their critical decision-making skills and leadership. PPSA will be looking forward to more interaction with FALEO in the future.
