On May 28, 2025, the PPSA KADASIGAYON CLASS OF 2026, along with the PPSA personnel, visited MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy (MMMA) in Brgy. Salitran IV, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
The visit featured a leadership seminar led by Captain Fernando Lopez, Acting Head of the Office of Cadet Affairs, where he shared practical leadership insights. He encouraged cadets to reflect on their leadership styles and how they can continue to grow as future leaders in their respective fields.
The class also toured MMMA’s modern facilities, learning more about maritime training and leadership. This included simulation rooms that replicate real-life ship operations, engine training areas, and navigational equipment. Although they come from different fields, both institutions share the same goal of developing value-driven and future-ready leaders.
The educational tour wrapped up with friendly sports matches such as basketball, volleyball, sepak takraw, arnis, and table tennis, which strengthen camaraderie and mutual respect. This activity supports the PPSA’s mission of developing well-rounded public safety officers through practical and engaging learning opportunities.
