June 08, 2026 | The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) together with the National Science Forensic Training Institute (NFSTI), conducted its Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the NFSTI Compound, Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna.
This week’s keynote speaker, 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝟑𝐂 𝐀𝐥𝐣𝐞𝐧 𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐠, delivered an inspiring message on the value of 𝘋𝘐𝘚𝘊𝘐𝘗𝘓𝘐𝘕𝘌. Drawing from his personal experiences, he emphasized how discipline shapes habits, strengthens character, and builds resilience through both adversity and comfort. He underscored that true discipline is also an ability to be consistent, reminding everyone that self-mastery remains one of life’s greatest victories.
The address reinforced the importance of discipline as a lifelong principle that cultivates resilience, responsibility, and excellence among public safety leaders.
