The newly installed President of the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), PBGEN FERDINANDO G SEVILLA (Ret) MPSA, visited the personnel and cadets of the PPSA together with the National Forensic Science Training Institute (NFSTI) earlier today at Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba, Laguna.

He had a brief talk with the cadets emphasizing the “No Hazing Policy” which is strictly implemented and observed in the academy. Also, during his message, he shared the Four (4) Disciplines of Execution (authors: Chris McChesney, Sean Covey, and Jim Huling). First is the Discipline of Focus. Focus on the wildly important. Second, Discipline of Leverage. Act on lead measures. Third, Discipline of Engagement. Keep a compelling scoreboard. Lastly is the Discipline of Accountability. Create a cadence of accountability. Knowing these, he emphasized that we should determine and execute our most important priorities.
