As part of the Philippine Public Safety Academy’s seminar series on Effective Leadership, Prof. Geri Gambala, Executive Director of Christian Values Movement, discussed the “Life Map” to the Fire and Jail Cadets on June 29, 2022, at Rizal Hall- NFSTI, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba, Laguna.
“The more you train hard, the more you become a good leader,” Prof. Gambala said as he highlighted the importance of having good communication and fortified values.
He also encouraged the cadets to aspire for reform, following God’s ways. In line with PPSA’s vision of molding God-centered public safety officers, cadets showed their eagerness to learn more and be more for service.
