Public Safety Academy’s (PPSA) quarterly bloodletting activity

The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) held its quarterly bloodletting activity at the NPTI Gymnasium, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba City, Laguna together with the Calamba Doctors’ Hospital, Philippine Blood Center, and National Forensic Science Training Institute (NFSTI) on June 26, 2023.

The activity was participated by 112 successful donors, highlighting the growing commitment and collaboration among the participating agencies. The PPSA, led by JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN, MPSA, is committed to supporting the government’s national advocacy efforts to encourage voluntary blood donation, compliant with Republic Act No. 7719, commonly known as the National Blood Services Act of 1994.

The partnership between these agencies is essential to ensuring a steady supply of safe blood for patients in need. The PPSA is proud to be a part of this important effort as we unite toward building a healthier and safer community.
