The PPSC-PPSA represented by PBGEN VERT T CHAVEZ (Ret), PPSC Vice-President for Academics, and JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN, MPSA, PPSA Acting Director, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the LEAD Academy represented by the President Dr. Neil Mamburam and Dr. Chan Chiong Hiok on June 16, 2023, at PPSA Office, NFSTI Compound, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba Laguna.
The LEAD Academy or Life Empowerment and Action for Development (LEAD) Academy is a non-profit educational institution that provides contextualized transformative training methods with interactive approaches to leadership learning and development. It envisions becoming a strategic partner in societal and national transformation by raising and equipping servant leaders in key sectors of society, such as education, the military, the marketplace, the religious sector, and the youth.
With the PPSA’s mission of transforming cadets into disciplined, morally upright, and community-responsive public safety officers, the LEAD Academy plays a vital role in molding the cadet’s character as future leaders of their respective bureaus.
