June 27, 2025 – The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA) marked the conclusion of its 2nd Turnover of Command Ceremony with the second part of the formal handing over of duties and responsibilities from the outgoing to the incoming Battalion Special Staff, Cadets In-Charge of Recognized Organizations, Company Special Staff, Platoon Officers, Squad Leaders, and Barracks Commanders of the Cadet Corps, transitioning from the MADAYAWLAHI Class of 2025 to the KADASIGAYON Class of 2026.

This event was held at the National Jail and Penology Training Institute (NJMPTI) Social Hall and was graced by the presence of PPSA Director, JSSUPT LEONALYN O OLOAN, MPSA. In her message, she emphasized that the ceremony is not merely a change in titles but a solemn passing of responsibility and a renewed commitment to serve the Corps and the Academy with integrity and excellence.

Following the rites, outstanding cadets from the MADAYAWLAHI Class of 2025 were recognized for their exemplary academic performance during the Second Term of Academic Year 2024–2025, earning their places on the Commandant’s List, Dean’s List, and Director’s List. They stand as role models of dedication, discipline, and the Academy’s pursuit of excellence in public safety education.

Now, with the KADASIGAYON Class of 2026 assuming leadership of the Corps, the Academy entrusts them with the responsibility of upholding its values and mentoring the next generation of cadets. As they rise to this challenge, they are expected to carry forward the proud tradition of leadership marked by courage, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to public service.
