February 4-6, 2026 | The ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ successfully completed the ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ (๐๐๐๐), led by resource lecturer ๐๐๐๐ก๐ฆ๐ฃ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ at the National Forensic Science Training Institute.
This intensive training sharpened their decision-making and leadership under high-pressure and life-threatening scenarios, proving that in jail management, preparedness and presence of mind prevent chaos.
Cadets dove into the Incident Command System (ICS) organization, mastering roles and coordination. They crafted OPLANs (Operational Plans) and CONPLANs (Contingency Plans), turning strategies into swift, organized responses.
They also tackled common jail emergencies and crisis protocols, building operational readiness and confidence to lead effectively while prioritizing safety and security.
