February 26, 2026 | The Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Administration (BSFPA) cadets conducted an institutional visit as part of their course on ๐ข๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ under ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐. The activity aimed to provide a deeper understanding of the organizational structures, operational procedures, and best practices of agencies involved in public safety.
The visit commenced at the NCR District Office IV, where the cadets were given an orientation on the functions and coordination among different offices. They then proceeded to the Pasig City Central Fire Station, where personnel shared workplace best practices and demonstrated their commitment to efficient and responsive fire service. The cadets also visited the Pasig City DRRMO, which showcased advanced technologies and systems for disaster risk reduction. At the RED Training Center, they observed simulation-based and competency-based training for first responders. The activity concluded at the Meralco Rescue Fire Sub-Station, where cadets were oriented on operational procedures and shown the stationโs modern equipment and response capabilities.
This learning activity enhanced the cadetsโ understanding of organizational development in the field of fire protection and strengthened their commitment as future officers of the Fire Bureau.
