This weekโs keynote was delivered by ๐๐๐ง ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ถ, who emphasized the value of ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. She shared how this value steeled her resolve during cadetship and explained that being decisive isnโt about making quick decisions, but about having the courage to make them.
