September 23, 2025 โ The Philippine Public Safety Academy (PPSA), together with the National Forensic Science Training Institute (NFSTI), held its joint Traditional Flag Raising Ceremony at the NFSTI Compound in Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna.
During the ceremony, ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, the cadet speaker, delivered an insightful and reflective message on the topic of ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. He highlighted that, more than speaking, it is about listening. Effective communication fosters an environment where people feel heard and understood, thereby building trust and strengthening workplace relationships.
Furthermore, he encouraged everyone to be fully present, to choose kinder words, and to listen deeply, emphasizing that thoughtful communication is a cornerstone of effective leadership and teamwork.
